Timber Bridges

MCL build timber bridges from many different timber species and in a variety of styles.

We have a range of standard designs but can also build bespoke bridges, all in accordance with specific client requirements.

Bridges can be made solely from timber or incorporate steel beams for hybrid designs.

Where needed we can include the MCL anti-slipn panel system as an integral load bearing deck.

MCL can provide a one-stop shop for your project, from design and manufacture through to installation of your bridge and abutments. In this way the Chain of Custody (CoC) certification for FSC certified structures is maintained throughout.

Our bridges are manufactured from the highest quality, legally sourced timber; a choice of softwoods, hardwoods and reclaimed timbers are available.

All our bridge designs are independently checked by our engineering consultants to ensure they meet the correct loading specification and appropriate British standards. All design projects are underwritten by our consultant’s Professional Indemnity insurance.
